Assassin 1v1 proves so much. You stand in front of each other and see who can press more of the damage skills faster. GG.

Nope, I mean it. Any assassin is welcome to challenge me to 1 Vs 1. I fact my blinding build was mainly created for 1 Vs 1 duels. To this day only 1 assassin has ever beat me fairly, my guild leader (And Im due for a rematch soon). BTW don't bother shadow stepping at me, you won't suprise me, I just switcg Vipers Defence on and the noobs never see it coming(I love that skill)

There's more to it than that. I don't need to be fast, I just flick on a few skills, then I'm nearly untouchable, so you will need a bit more skill than what you say to beat me.

A/N is good, but I'd just change my build to less conditons and more Knock downs, usinf iron palm, Horns of the Ox and unsteady ground.

Theres alot of sin hate early on in the game, mainly becuase theres no escaping shadow stepping skills early in the game

I still like my idea of making death charge something like a non-elite version of AoD, 45 recharge, 10 cost, enchantment.

Ugh... and why exactly can Assassins NOT be Tanks? We get so many skills to quickly heal and avoid damage.

Assassins find it very hard to get into groups, they are as infamous as whammos.

This is because few people know how to play assassin properly and when not supported, die very easily, and they are unsupported when they teleport into the enemy with no backup >_> which is very frequent.

There's no "proper" way to play any class, otherwise this would be Final Fantasy and not Guild Wars

I've faired well enough that random monks on mission compliment my build on not having to over heal my character.

Your right there is no proper way to play an assassin, but there are smarter ways. An assassin is by sheer definition a selective killer, almost a focus in it self. An SS necro or mes kills warriors, a Wamo smashes and bashes things, a monk or ritualist heals and protects the party, a Nuker or a fire ele bombs things. They dont do it because it sounds like a good idea they do it because its what they are good at. An assassin can tele into battle and pull out, after he kills the monk or the annoying mes in the back then heal up and pick on the ranger. Its good to keep coming up with new things but if you wanna tank be a W/Mo. Use a class and its combo effciently, dont add a random secondary and warp it into what its not. If your gonna be a A/Mo be a front line healer, take healing circle and touch and other high restoring close rang spells and tele to the fron heal the tanks and drop back.
